Hazal Soytorun is a manager at LEVEL INTERNATIONAL, involved in tax compliance, international taxation, and transfer pricing projects.

She graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of International Relations and Political Science. Before entering the corporate world, she completed an internship at Labour Voices, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the rights of blue-collar textile workers and promoting corporate accountability in labour practices.

Hazal began her professional career at Ernst & Young (EY) Turkey, working in the Global Compliance Department. She collaborated with both local and international clients across multiple industries, focusing on Turkish corporate tax legislation, accounting obligations, and tax compliance audits.

At LEVEL INTERNATIONAL, she continues to work on Turkish tax compliance as well as international tax and transfer pricing engagements.
