She graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law and completed her master’s degree in Capital Markets and Commercial Law at the same university.

During her legal internship in 2019, she gained hands-on experience in corporate law, assisting clients with company formations, contract drafting, and legal compliance across various industries.

At LEVEL INTERNATIONAL, İlke continues to provide consultancy in corporate structuring, legal counselling, and contract management for both domestic and international clients.

She speaks fluent English and Russian.
