Haris Balata is a Senior Consultant at LEVEL INTERNATIONAL, specializing in accounting, tax compliance, and outsourcing services.

He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Public Finance, and has accumulated five years of professional experience in accounting and advisory roles.

Haris began his career as a junior accountant at several CPA firms, where he managed outsourcing and monthly payroll operations and helped clients establish customized accounting systems tailored to their business needs.

In addition, he has provided consultancy on Social Security Law and Labour Law matters.
Haris is currently continuing his CPA internship.

He speaks fluent English and Serbian.
